The SNMMI 2020 Mid-Winter Meeting will be held January 23-25, 2020 at the Tampa Marriott Water Street Hotel in Tampa, Florida. Exhibit show dates are Friday, January 24 and Saturday, January 25, 2020. Exhibits will be open to all meeting attendees, SNMMI Board of Directors, House of Delegates, and committee members. The exhibits will remain open during the educational presentations.

The cost per table top exhibit is $1,800.
Each exhibiting company will receive the following:

• 6 foot skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket
• Two complimentary exhibitor badges with access to the educational sessions (CE credit not available with complimentary exhibitor badges)
• Complimentary one-time use post show mailing list (email and phone numbers excluded)

A few updates that we will be implementing in 2020 based on feedback from exhibitors:
• Based on feedback we received this year regarding positioning of the Hall in relation to the session rooms, in 2020 the Exhibits Hall will be sandwiched between two CE session rooms and registration will be set as close as possible to the exhibit entrance (in the foyer) to ensure cross traffic
• We will be implementing a raffle opportunity for attendees, where they will receive a ticket with their registration badge and will come to the exhibit hall for the drawings during the meeting (stay tuned for more details)
• Coffee breaks will continue to be served in the Hall and moving forward all grab and go lunch sales will be placed in the Hall as well
• We will provide a list of attendees (names, titles, and organization only – no contact information will be provided) prior to the meeting so you will know who is coming to the meeting
• Post meeting, we will still send the attendee mailing list for a one time use but we will also allow a one-time use of the email address list through a third-party mail house (SNMMI never shares the actual email addresses with companies directly)
The exhibit hall will be located near registration and many of the meeting rooms. Space is limited and open to exhibiting companies on a first-come, first-served basis. Electricity, phone lines, and internet access will need to be arranged directly through the Tampa Marriott Waterside Hotel.
