Exhibit Information

SNMMI is pleased to invite your company to exhibit during the SNMMI 2022 Mid-Winter Meeting to be held at the Hilton Walt Disney World Hotel in Orlando, Florida from January 28-29, 2022. Exhibit dates are Friday, January 28 and Saturday, January 29, 2022.

The cost per table top exhibit is $2,200.

Each exhibiting company will receive the following:

  • 6 foot skirted table, two chairs, and a wastebasket
  • Two complimentary exhibitor badges with access to the educational sessions (CE credit not available with complimentary exhibitor badges)
  • Complimentary one-time use post show mailing list (email and phone numbers excluded)

  • Friday, January 28, 2022: 8:00 am-12:00 pm

Exhibit Show Hours

  • Friday, January 28, 2022: 12:00-7:00 pm (Exhibitor Welcome Reception from 5:45-7:00 pm)
  • Saturday, January 29, 2022: 9:30 am-4:00 pm

Exhibit Tear-Down

  • Saturday, January 29, 2022: 4:00-6:00 pm 
*On Friday evening, SNMMI will host an Exhibitor Welcome Reception from 5:45-7:00 pm. This Reception is open to all attendees and is a great way to come out and show your support and thank the exhibitors!
*Exhibit booths need to be staffed during exhibit hours and cannot be torn down before 4:00pm on Saturday, January 29.
